the atmosphere was lively, with a great mix of music and friendly faces everywhere. the staff were really good, especially pedro, valeria, and victor, who made us feel welcome and helped us settle in. the rooms were spacious and clean, and we enjoyed the nice swimming pool and outdoor space. with good food options and a central location, it was easy to explore the small area on foot.

I spent Christmas at this new hostel and it definitely has a nice vibe! The location is perfect, right in the heart of Huacachina, making it super easy to explore the area. The food was surprisingly good too, way better than expected, and the cleanliness was excellent considering all the sand around.
But unfortunately, my experience was soured by the staff. They seemed inexperienced and not very cute, with one bartender being particularly rude. Plus, the shower situation was a nightmare—only cold water and zero pressure after a hot day is not cool! Definitely left wishing for better service and amenities.

The atmosphere was so lively and welcoming, making it easy to meet other travelers. The location near the dunes is perfect, and I loved chilling by the fantastic pool or hanging out in the hammocks. They organized fun activities throughout the day, too.

I had an very nice stay at Viajero. The location in the middle of the oasis gave such a cool vibe, surrounded by stunning desert dunes. The hostel had a clean and modern feel with a fantastic atmosphere. I loved lounging by the large pool and making use of the hammocks.
